YES, we have ample, free on site parking and changing facilities available.
For all levels and abilities, we have multiple weights at each stations and highly trained, trainers keeping a close eye on each member to ensure workouts are appropriate.
You won’t miss out, we will simply roll this on to the next week.
You use our HIIT3C app to personalise manage and make any changes to class bookings.
We do early morning (6:15am), lunch (12:15pm) and evening (6:15pm & 7:15pm) as well as Saturday morning (8am).
